Timer on top draw faulty?

I have a double draw Fisher and Paykel dish washer model DD603 I The timer on the top draw is not work properly it goes on for ever.

Is the water heating up? If not then it will be either a heater element faulty or control board faulty. If it is heating water then the control board needs replacing. Timer is part of the main control board.
