1 of the sensors is not working which means i can not set the alarm, am i able to turn this sensor off from the keypad?

If it is omitable.

Enter code,press enter within 5 seconds. press 7 and a zone will show, with n or no showing, if that is the zone press 0 and it will show y or yes ( LED or LCD kaypad). Scroll thru until you have deleted what you need then press escape.

you cannot delete a Final Exit FE zone.

its a very old panel,if it has been programmed to omit zone then you can,or you can replace the faulty sensor ,check your user book
