how can i fix my side by side whrilpool by roper?

my whrilpool refrigerator freezer works fine but my refrigerator has stopped cooling can i fix it myself thanks

In general side by side, run off same compressor, so system ok, refrigerator not cooling, could be fan unit, or defrost heater or sensor or over heat sensor etc etc.
