Mc culloch 3540p?

when i turn the mower on its side to clean it its seems to be leaking oil but not from the filler cap or drain plug. Could you please tell me the problem about it.

It's leaking oil out of either the crankcase breather (Tecumseh engine) or the air filter (Chinese engine) Either way, it's bad news - the engine may be VERY difficult to start afterwards, and wll have lost the oil that leaked out (check level!). Also, the air filter may be saturated. If tou must tip it, put in on a raised surface (like a table), and tip it BACKWARDS so the spark plug points straight up. This will prevent oil leaks.
