Hi,
I was at school and someone put the laminating film backwards and when it heated up the glue was on the rollers and the heat shoe. Then when I pushed the feed button, it made a noise and now isn't rolling. It gives me an er. 1 code. Any suggestions? Thanks.
my laminator was doing fine this morning but when i just turned it back on and it warmed up and I put my papers in and pressed run it just beeps at me. What do you think is wrong?

clean rollers with a alcohol wipe,or a printing ink solvent.,clean heat shoe with solvent....remove all sticky residue.
