My grandsons Chinese 4 wheeler runs but wont move?

Its a 110cc does anyone know if this is belt driven. It runs fine just wont go. He hasnt ridden it 10 hours within the 1 year weve owned it. Can anyone Help. If i knew where to start looking it would help.

probably chain driven same as motor bike.chain from engine to rear axle. take engine cover off. where the gear lever is. think about 4 bolts. then you will see engine sprocket and chain. to see what is happening.
