Ford galaxy tdi 2002?

Ford galaxy 1.9tdi 2002 problems with my front wippers and washer, when I pull the wiper switch on for the front, the back one comes on. The front wiper and washer do not work. can you help please
PS,please can you tell me where you can get the layout of the fuse box and relays.

push the right stork all the way backwards to do rear wash/wipe and pull the right stork all the way forward to do the front wash/wipe or visa versa
