How do I change the heater element on the tumble drier Hotpoint TDC30P

hi bob don't jump the gun here mate .have you replaced the small thermostat first, this is usally found on the fan casing its more of a sensor really ,its iam is to regulate the heat settings ,if this fails hence no power to the element .the element will only work if continuaty is achieved ....tumble will require a full strip down ,have you priced up a new element ?prety expensive /exchange service usally .you will have to fully strip the tumble to gain access to the element .lay tumbleon its front and start by removing top of tumble then the back plate.remove drive belt and drum ,this will give you easier access . that's all I can add really . all the best m8.
