The engine is working perfectly, the self drive has been serviced and is working perfectly too that is until I put everything back together again. I pull the cord engine starts up immediately, engage the drive and nothing...It won't kick in. I have stripped it down again and again. All I can see is that the chain is coming off but I cannot find what's causing this to hjappen. HELP I'm getting frustrated.

as stated is it aligned correctly?
also if you've had it apart and the wheels off there are small collets which allow it to free wheel make sure you have put them in the right way around.
easy mistake to make.

if its throwing the chain when you engage drive check chain tension and check alignment .also iam assuming by chain ,you mean the final drive chain.
