seat belt keeps locking. only unlocking when undone and returning. makes a rachet noise when returning

bin it and get another,its only held on by a bolt at top and bottom,better than to attempt a repair and have it fail when u need it most...you may get a good one from a scrappy...just make sure the damage was rear end or very slight on the front
