water leaking under my maytag fridge?

i have a relatively newer maytag fridge that's top fridge, bottom freezer. this fridge has a ice maker and of late i'm noticing that there's this puddle of water under my fridge. it doesn't happen often but sporatically instead. i've checked the connection that was made and it seems fine and the only thing that it appears to be is the ice maker because when i move the fridge forward there's this puddle directly beneath the ice maker....any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would call maytag in your case or any that is covered under warranty, however anyone with a n appiance out of waranty, I would suggest anyone but, they charge £30 to pass your details onto one of their contracted repair companies, who will charge you again for their services. Which are inflated fees. This problem above sounds like to collector underneath the alliance being spilt when its moved, could be a simple stability problem, check the feet are all down and the unit is level. It could also be a problem other than that. I suggest calling maytag if the appliance is sound on its feet and that may be under your warrany.

It could well be a blockage in the defrost system. I would recommend getting a service engineer. These are specialised units and really need the professional service engineer.
