Hoover Vision 1400 8kg HD - Showing E08 as Error?

Hoover Vision 1400 8kg HD - Showing E08 as Error?

Machine fills up, then does nothing. Have to then select drain to empty it...the machine will spin if selected.

Can anyone advise on the problem?
