it keeps hanging on any programme i put it on, and to add to it, it holds the water in, then flooding my floor, won't spin, wash, dry, making grinding noise, etc - it's dead I think, please help as I can't afford a new one!! Thanks!

mine was a blocked filter >> the filter is located at the back, behind oval panel. it is located in the black rubber cone on the right-hand side undo the large jubilee clip then remove the inner plastic cone and ball >>> mine was clogged up with bits of plastic from shirt collars buttons & coins removing these did the trick hope it works for you
