help please

my intuitive _ 8 yrs old _ does not get past the 1st rinse
does a wash but cant get to 2 cnd rinse / spin

help

took pump out --seems ok and cleared hose

put on wash --seems to be just 1st rinse --stop and starts spin-- with water squirting in --i thought it has stop --and fill up to adgitate--slowly -just keeps on 1st rinse ( SPINNING?)???

not sure how the cycles work --can i d/load book?

but seems pump is clear --as all the water drained out -- but stayed on 1 min. spin at end .
we advanced it to 2 cnd wash -but at end still kept spin --1 min,
we had code 62 ( pump ) a couple of times LONG LONG before

sounds maybe electronic ( yuk new m.c ??--over 8 yrs old)

After the wash cycle is it draining the water? If no then that is the problem. You need to check why the pump is not draining. If you can hear a slight humming sound when you put it on spin then that is the pump trying to go. Next step will be to remove the water and then unblock the pump.
