Whirlpool Super Capacity 465 electric stove?

I am trying to clean my oven for the first time and can't find manual.
When I turn it on clean, it will do nothing and then I get F5 and E1 error messages.

hi linda, check that door switch is completely closed.check latch/solenoid,and actuation switch for electrical or mechanical malfunction .
