i have had my Ferroli Optima 700 boiler serviced and they have broken the pipe, gas valve to burner, part number 38436563, the only valve they can get has a male end not female, has any body got an early valve with the loose female end, the boiler works fine even thoe it is 17 years old,they are telling me i have to have a new boiler.

if they BROKE it then its up to them to sort it out unless it was corroded away or faulty before they did whatever they did
