yeah behind the ecu is the cooling plate ,that's the seal that has popped ,on your version of the LF .euro 3 ,if you over pressurise the fuel sysyem with the hand primer it pops that seal.should be a case of just removing ecu and refitting the seal ...out of interest ,,did the filter body behind the brass nut have crap in it ?????? make sure the ecu mounts are in perfect condition if not renew ,otherwise they elongate,and shake the ecu which can cause it to fail,apart from also causing it to fall off
