when you first get into the car and turn ign key to no 2 position ,can you hear the fuel pump under the back seats priming?the relay is in the fuse box,. check to see if fuel pump is getting 12v,

There is a relay for the fuel pump it's inside the main engine control relay module, it contains four relays, it's mounted at the rear of the engine centrally on the bulkhead. The power comes into the relay module on pin B1 and out on pin B4 If the inertia fuel cutout switch has tripped it cuts the power to pin B1
The fuel cutout switch is mounted at the bottom of the centre console forward of the gearlever

Could be.
A lot of cars have a cut off, in case of accident, usually above fuel tank, check where the spare wheel is, possibly a reset switch.
