will this key fob reset work on a renault laguna mk1 t reg 1999 thanks ;-]

How do i reset my fob key on a kangoo elize i have to lock 4 doors from the center locking switch and cant open doors from drivers door and the fob does nothing ive put in a new battery in both keys they light up and thats it any ideas please
