I have the above model washing machine it will not drain it is blocked I know but the dial on front bottom right hand side of machine only turns left to right but does not come off and it does not seem to open a valve anywhere underneath to release blockage like on previous different named machines what can i do as cannot afford to get a repair man out cannot find manual cannot get manual on line it is a new machine any ideas Thanks in advance

turn the filter housing cover counter clockwise untill you cannot turn anymore ,this will move the cover out off the filter housing locators and pull .be prepared for the wm to empty its full water contents onto the floor use plenty of towels and try to catch as much water as you can in a bowl or something similar .
