how do you know your spark plugs are at fault here, iam assuming that the plugs have been removed and inspected?.if they have then yes a new set should be fitted asap .if they haven't been checked they will have to be removed.in some cases the electrode wear can be so advanced that the plug will have to be replaced.badly worn plugs will affect the running and performance of engine.
