Can ceramic hob pitting be repaired?
Following a clean-up of a spillage whilst making jam, my ceramic hob has suffered some pitting. Stupidly I left the gloop to cool a little before removing rather than risk injury, this may have given the sugar/apple mix to eat my cooker top!!
My question is 2-fold. Firstly, is the cooker surface safe to use with the pitting and secondly, can it be repaired rather than replaced.
Cheers in advance.
