It stopped in the beginning of the washing cycle perhaps at the time of releasing the washing powder as half of it is still in the compartment. There is power at the power point, but the machine doesn't respond to any programme. How can I fix this, is there any fuse inside the machine that might have blown up? or is it something else? many thanks!
