How do i fix heavy inner tyre wear?

I have a ford fiesta 1.1lx 1995 and i have very heavy tyre wear on the inner wall of both front tyres. It has happened before but i just got some new tyres, now it has gone again i want to know what causes it and what i can do to fix it.

better than getting it tracked ,,,get it laser aligned,it will tell you exactly if its the camber or toe alignment thats out,cost about £80,

take your car along to a kwik fit and they will check your tracking free of charge. if that is not the problem then sorry no idea.
