I downloaded uniblue driver repair onto my laptop and replaced all the old drivers now none of my usb ports will work. The keyboard doesn't work on the laptop but I can't plug in an external keyboard or mouse because the usb ports don't work. HELP!!!!

not sure what operating system you are running but try, boot up computer & as you get the initial screen press f8 this should give you a boot up screen.
select, last known good configuration & then wait for pc to load, then try mouse & keyboard again.
