remove plastic facia from around dash cluster using a decor scraper, once removed you will see 4 star headed screws, remove these and the cluster will come out, disconnect jack plugs, back light bulbs are removed by twisting half a turn anti-clockwise. refit using reverse procedure. for what they cost replace all bulbs.
