i have atomtom sat nav wich does not get a satalite signal in my honda accord

just a thought!
does this vehicle have a heated front screen fitted ? if YES a external Ariel is needed as windscreen wire element is shielding the sat nav signal, came across this problem on my Ford Mondo with heated front screen fitted.
