How do I bleed brakes on a bedford TL?

Im having trouble bleeding the brakes on my bedford tl how do i do it? Should i clamp brake pipes when bleeding them?

the idea of bleeding the brakes is to remove all air from the system ,how the hell could you achieve that by clamping the brake pipes ,it is clear that you don't even understand the fundamentals of a breaking system.get someone who knows what they are doing ,before you kill yourself or anyone else due to total break failure :(
