My white knight condenser dryer 797c ?

My white Knight condenser dryer 797c does heat up, but does not spin round. I have taken off the top panel, and have seen that the belt has snapped. where can I get a new one and how do I fit it??

hi my dryer is not heating up, i have took the back off and can see no brake to the element all the coils look intact could it be the thermostat
