whats wrong?

our diplomat oven wont work on the fan oven setting. the fan is working.please help.

Got a smeg suk81mfx5.
The fan comes on but no heat!
Not sure if its's the thermostat or the element?!
I would be greatful of some help pls.

NOT unit specific. If you get heat, without fan, I would look at the switch (mechanical switch or electronic). No heat at any time element.
