Suzuki kingquad ltf300 water in engine?

I have a suzuki king-quad 1995 300-cc and it has been sitting for a long time and has go water in through the exhaust and in the petrol and in the oil and the air filter. I was wondering how i can drain all this water for as cheap as possible, all help will be much appreciated, Thanks

Drain the fuel tank drain the engine oil and drain the carburettor if it has one and change the air & fuel filters goodluck.
