I've taken off both rear panels and traced every wire from source to destination and cannot locate any fuse, red sleeve on wires or clips/brackets on rear panel that may hold this fuse. The cooker is about 3 years old. Has the fuse location changed ? Help ! - my daughter cannot afford a new oven.

check where the wiring is clipped around the main frame.should be a inline fuse .inside the red sleeve you have located should be a thermal fuse ,gently try and peel back the sleeve ,I may add that the fuse you are looking for bears no resemblance to a standard fuse.
