my dryer gets warm but not hot enough to dry properly, the button works from high to low.

it is hot enough... but ive noticed that the clothes are sticking to the sides and not circulating...the drum only goes one way and doesnt reverse is this normal...thanks for your help :-)

where does the vent hose go?.if it goes out through a wall vent make sure it isn't blocked with fluff.could also be that only half the element is working on full heat setting hence slow to dry
