my daf 45 1999 has had new injectors new air box and filter ,compression test .the tacho is going into the orange zone with very little effort of without reaching high speed ,the clutch does not appear to be slipping as it pulls a load ok

ok what i mean is this, there is no top end speed anymore like it used to be ,it drives ok but is flat out at 8okm and is revving really hard to get there ,it will pull a trailer with a 6 tonne digger on it so its not the clutch slipping or anything like that, the air filter box was changed because it broke and the injector nozzles changed as it was smokey and i thought it could be part of the problem

your question doesn't make sense ,it has no power but pulls ok with a load ,so what is the problem ??? when you say tacho ,do you mean the actual tacho ,or the rev counter ??? and why all the parts fitted ???
