My Electrolux EOD982 main over has stopped working?

The red light indicating that its on is not on.Top oven is ok as is the grill and clock.Any ideas was working ok about an hour before it packed up.

fan heating element blown.this is mounted around the outside of the fan you can see in the back of the oven cavity.take the back panel out from inside the oven cavity to expose the element
