henry hoover have no power when switched on checked every thing? Changed the fuse and checked the cablel?

check the on/off switch ,most likely faulty.if you understand the wiring you can bypass the switch to test .the safest way is using a multimeter ,you can test the switch for a open or closed gate ,same with the wiring ,test for continuaty ,this method will rule out breaks in the wiring .
