SD, I'd suggest that as you don't know how to operate this control panel you keep quiet, the WRONG information is worse than NO information.

1st, never give them the master code, I always give them a 2nd code. usually open the unit, there will be a jumper to set, remove all power including battery, short jumper, restart, should be back to default, which is usually 1234

how can you reset the alarm after a tennant has changed the code ?????
