hi,unplug the appliance ,you will have to remove the rear panel .remove the screws from around the outer edge securing the panel.now there's four components to check.start with the thermal fuse ,located bottom centre ,prise out the white fuse using a flat headed screwdriver.you will have to test the fuse with a meter,as it will show no visual signs of failure .if fuse is intact test the heating element and regulatory stat and high level stat.check all associated wiring for security,all are push boxed connectors.it may be possible for one or more of these connectors to have been dislodged during the move ..
