hotpoint ctd80 condenser dryer?

Hi,
I have this the CTD80 condenser dryer machine and the drum will not spin, the belt looks like it is still in tact..although it does feel a bit stiff to spin by hand.
can anyone help me with this.

Thank you , It is now working , It just needed to be dryed out , it is something i will have to keep an eye on , once again thanks.

you will have to inspect the heating element.remove the kidney shaped panel on the rear of the appliance,unplug the wiring to the heater,power the appliance up and see if it trips the power .if it doesn't ,inspect the heating element for moisture ,you may have to remove for full inspection,the element may also have faild.test the element for short circuit.if the appliance still trips on the disconnection of the element,you will have to check all wiring and stat for short circuit.make sure you pull the plug before you take the rear panel off.
