it is dead no lights or movement. are there a fuse in it?i unpluged it for 60sec. like told but nothing,there is a clear tube line with a blue line in it ,that is not attached to anything, looks like it has been pulled out off of something. any help please......[gwl15/iwl16]model-wa37t26g
