Dishwasher smeg dw1612c lights one and two flashing?

Hi there the last couple of times the dishwasher hasn't cleaned the dishes it appears there is no hot water coming in. Hence the dishes are still dirty. In addition to this the 1st and 2 Nd lights are flashing . Any advice is much appreciated many thanks
