broke oven?

hi i have a beko dvc5622 and the grill works fine and the top hobs but not the main oven it is only 15 motnhs old and barley used. the shop i brought it in wont even come to look at it as its over yr old grr!! nothing comes on oven light, no heat and no light on button/nob to say ovens on?? any ideas???

just like to add if your beko hasn't got the thermal fuses,some later models were redesigned,and your beko may have a ceramic disc located behind the panel inside the oven.this disc is a thermal cut out,.if this fails then no circuit,and will give you the symptoms you are having.also check the heating element,is your oven fan assisted ?,.I don't have the wiring diagram for your model,

hi that's not the way to do business in my opinion .ok you will have to remove the rear panel of the cooker.remove all phillips screws around the outside edge .when you have removed the rear panel ,follow the mains cable into the cooker,you will see where it leads into a holding cage in the case you will find two thermal fuses,one powers the oven .you will have to check the fuses with a meter as the fuses will show no signs of faiure.you can buy a new fuse pack from most domestic appliance shops.beko have a habit of blowing these thermals. pls ensure power is isolated before you remove the rear panel.if you need any more advice theres a gud set of guys on here only too willing to help,let us know how you get on or if you run into any problems :)
