I have a Siemens refrigerator which is running 'on and off'
i.e the compressor is on for a few seconds and then is off for a few seconds, then is back on and so on............
The food is warm and the temperature is room temperature.The thermostat is electronic [PC BOARD].
Also the thermostat light is on all the time.
