What is the error message E1 on the V-Fit treadmill PST-04 ?

This is a fault with drive
A )the sensor is to far away fro wheel
B) the belt is broken
C) the motor is not turning
D) the motor control board is faulty
E1 will display if any of the above happen

This can be checked quite easily by removing top cover
