pressure to high?

I have a baxi combi 10e and the pressure is to high and in the red is there any way i can drain the pressure to get the pressure into the green and get the boiler working?

with the boiler off,open a bleed valve on a radiator nearest the boiler.just keep letting small amounts of water and recheck.
