how much would it cost to have a secondhand starter motor fitted on a peugeot 406 automatic petrol estate 1997
my car wont start ive tested battery and been told it is the starter motor

That would depend on the hourly rate of the garage and book time which no doubt someone would know but only done a diesel version of these and think it was about 1/2 an hour max.have a word with a reputable garage before committing.
