All I can find for this, is "E3 means: Longer heating time but not reaching requied temperature. The possible causes: malfunction of temperature sensor or of heating element" If you can after unplugging m/c, use a test meter to check the element, unplug one one of the element, so you are not testing other things, if high resistance or open cct, replace element, if ok look to temperature sensor
