Kenwood Dishwasher?

My dishwasher is showing an E3 error has any one any idea how to fix this or what it is please? The model number is KDW12S3TA.

hi jane i had this problem with my dishwasher it turnd out that there was water leaking in to the sump wher ther is a sensor that triggers the eror code e4 to save flooding your kitchen if you pull out the washer and tilt it back it will drain the water and the washer will work again but this is only a tempory fix you will have to find the leak and get it repaird to save it happening again,

All I can find for this, is "E3 means: Longer heating time but not reaching requied temperature. The possible causes: malfunction of temperature sensor or of heating element" If you can after unplugging m/c, use a test meter to check the element, unplug one one of the element, so you are not testing other things, if high resistance or open cct, replace element, if ok look to temperature sensor
