Hi, I have been given a HNV270 dryer, the previous owner took it apart to change the belt, however they could not put it back together as there is a "spare" red wire...

Instead of disconnecting the connection blocks they have dismantled the panels, and pulled all the switches out of them.

This particular wire is anchored with a cable tie to the front bottom right corner of the machine, has a block connector in the middle of the free length and a ring crimp connector on the end, and it is this that is currently unattached.

It does not look like this wire goes to the door or the sensor next to the lint filter., and it is not long enough to reach the top panel of the dryer.

If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.
