My Zanussi Essential 1200 has run its normal 40 program and has stopped. The end light is on but we cannot open the door, even when the machine has been switched off for 5 mins. I have tried to run the program again from scratch but after about 10 secs the end light comes on again and still no open door. We need to get the washing out of the machine, can you help please.
