how can i fix my washer dryer 1000 de luxe 9925?

the door to my hotpoint washer dryer 1000 de luxe 9925 seems totally jammed...my washing is washed and still in the machine and i have tried re-running the ( last part of the) cycle and switching the machine on and off. What can i do?
